Need to Return a product?

To return a product at Hometown Hobbies, you'll need to request Return Authorization. This can be done by contacting us at support@amainraceway.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without authorization.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem

In general, Hometown Hobbies accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, Hometown Hobbies reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

• FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

• ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Hometown Hobbies on returned items.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, or credit at Hometown Hobbies discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
